If Steve knows he'll be a bit late for an appointment he phones to let you know.   After he's done a major job he checks next day to see if everything is OK.  If anything else is needed he can fix it remotely.  It's good to know that Steve Dunwell will sort out your computer for you - and be patient and reliable as he does so.
